Detection performance:

• Reliable detection of glass defects: Scratches, bubbles, inclusions, foil defects, dirt, ...
• Butyl threads and contaminations in the visible area
• Deviation or parallelism of the spacer
• Straightness and rectangularity of the Georgian bar
• Optional: Dirt on the spacer

• For all typical insulated glass units
• For IG units up to 60 mm (100 mm optional) thickness
• For glass sizes up to 3,21 /3.30 m x 8 m
• For high production speeds up to 80 m/min
• For production lines from 1,6m up to 3,21 / 3.30 m

• After the gas filling press or the sealing robot
