The acceptance of the new products and options exceeded all expectations!

The new Quality Scanner with 3 - Channel - Technology was clearly evaluated by the visitors as top product in the market. Filtering and monitoring single defects with separate channels has shown convincingly that detection results are achievable which go beyond the current guidelines by far. In addition to the proven brightfield and darkfield channels in transmission the new reflection channel (RC) showed impressively that special coating defects can be detected reliably now as well.

With the Jumbo Controller Viprotron could demonstate being first in bringing defect detection into the cutting area as well as being first doing this in an appropriate detection level without prior washing. That made many visitors think about their current and possible future workflow. Certainly many things will change here within the next years.

Viprotron will present this year on glasstec a variety of new exiting developments. New glass inspection systems will be introduced within different production areas as before , e.g. our Jumbo Controller for “Quality right in the beginning!” Our “flagship”  Quality Scanner has now a novelty development to clearly detect coating defects. Our new Quality Scanner RC will be presented Live on our booth hall 14 / C40. The new compact standardised system Quality Detector comes up as "Plug and Play" starter pack. In addition we show Live on our stand proven technology, as our patented LED-based defect localisation system Defect Pointer and our detection line Quality Checker for final IGU inspection.
